  • SHIPPING POLICY

    • Our online apparel shop is a print on demand company that is located and shipped entirely within the United States. 
    • We are not shipping internationally at this time.
    • Our products are individually printed and made with each order.
    • As of February 2025, all of our print providers are located domestically within the United States.
    • Please allow 7-14 days for order delivery.
    • Tracking will be provided after checkout. 
    • We are not able to provide expedited shipping at this time. 
    • Shipping is included in most product prices.
    • Any additional shipping fees will be included at checkout.
    • Please contact support@printify.me with any requested changes once your order is placed.
  • REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

    • Since our products are only created after your order is placed, returns and exchanges are not supported at this time.
    • A free replacement or refund will be offered if a damaged or defective product is reported to support@printify.me (within 30 days along with photo).
    • If an order is returned to sender due to an invalid or incorrect address, a refund of the product price minus shipping will be issued.
    • Shipping address may be changed if the change request is made within 24 hours of an order being placed.
